We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason — including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — shall survive any termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
